Payment is due within 48-hours of invoice being sent. Cookie orders are not booked until payment is recieved in full. If payment is not recieved within 48-hours of invoice being sent that date is then open for someone else to book.

All sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds on holiday cookies after purchase. If cookies are not picked up on designated date (including holiday cookies) cookies are forfeited with no refund unless prior arrangements have been made.
